Copyrighted Material
Purchaser represents and warrants that by requesting The Color Lab, Inc. to reproduce any copyrighted work, purchaser has either:
a.) obtained permission from the copyright owner to reproduce, distribute and display such copyrighted work, or
b.) will use the reproductions solely for teaching, research, scholarship or for criticism, comment or news reporting, and will not sell or use the reproductions in any other manner which is to the direct financial detriment of the copyright owner.
Purchaser agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify The Color Lab, Inc. for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees, or judgements resulting from any claim or lawsuit against The Color Lab, Inc.

Guarantee
We pledge to follow the instructions on your order as closely as possible. In the event we make an error, please return the following within 30 days: (1) the print/transparency (2) the original order envelope (3) a copy of the invoice, and (4) clear instructions explaining what is to be corrected.

Matching of Originals
Originals will be matched for color and density as closely as possible, within the limits of the materials used. A sample will be necessary and must remain with The Color Lab, Inc. during the time we are working on the job. All originals will be matched unless color or density correction is requested. If no sample is available, we will use our judgement and reprints will not be made without additional charge.

Re-orders
Re-orders will be treated as new orders. Previous prints will be matched as closely as possible. We cannot guarantee exact color and density match.

Approval Prints
If you wish to OK a print before final printing check the box "customer to OK final." Prompt approval is urged in order not to delay completion of order.

New Orders
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be scheduled from 9:00 a.m. the following day.

Service Time
Service times listed in this price book are approximate working days and do not include weekends or holidays. Large orders, multiple size orders, or orders placed during times of high seasonal demand may require additional time.

Rush Service
This service is available on most services provided. A surcharge is necessary for this service since it will delay our normal work schedule. Also we agree to accept rush work with the understanding that we will do the best job possible in the time allowed. Rush work will not be reprinted due to color or density deficiency.

Overtime
Requested overtime will be billed at $45.00 per man hour ($55.00 on Sat., Sun & holidays) in addition to the cost of the service. The minimum weekend and holiday overtime charge is 4 hours. Prior notice is required.

Retouching & Art Services
Billed at $25.00 per hour.

Airbrushing
Billed at $35.00 per hour.

Method of Payment
a.) Open account- Terms are net 30, subject to pre approval. Accounts not paid by the 25th will be charged a 1% service charge and may be placed on a COD basis until paid. All invoices are payable at the Color Lab, Inc. 4442 Lawnview Ave. Dallas Texas 75227.
b.) Check- A valid Texas driver's license is required. A $25.00 charge will be added to all returned checks.
c.) Prepayment- A 25% deposit will be required on orders of $200.00 or more.
d.) Mastercard, Visa or Discover card- For your convenience we now accept these three cards.

Sales Tax
All orders delivered in Texas will be charged state sales tax unless we have a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file.

Pickup & Delivery Service
We offer this service twice daily to established accounts in the Dallas area. Call (214) 381-2105 for information.

Overnight Delivery
Orders can be shipped overnight by air or ground services including Federal Express, UPS, Airborne or Express Mail.

Night Drop
For your convenience, a night drop is located at the north entrance of our building.

Fax Service
The Color Lab, Inc. now offers 24 hour Fax service for sending job specifications, purchase orders, layouts or drawings. The Fax number is (214) 388-8527.
